Guests are invited to select a handcrafted pottery bowl provided by local potters and ISD art students as a reminder of the event. Doors will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2026 at the Salado Middle School cafeteria. The middle school has ample parking, and guests can enter through either the front or back doors.
Guests can purchase a ticket for soup alone (16 oz) for $15, or soup and a pottery bowl of their choice for $25 per person. There will also be a to-go option for $12 for a 16 oz container of your favorite soup for those who wish to participate in the fundraiser but are unable to dine in or would prefer to pick up their soup. Desserts and bottled water are provided with each meal.

Handmade Pottery Bowls
Mud Pies Pottery and the Salado ISD Art students provide handmade pottery bowls for purchase.

Entertainment
In 2025 entertainment was generously provided by Michael Alexandersson of Salado.
From Frank Sinatra to Bobby Darrin, Elvis Presley to Don Gibson and more, Michael covers all of the swingin’ tunes you know and love. With his soulful voice and charismatic presence, he’s sure to liven up any event.
Originally from Orange County California, Michael grew up around musicians and performing is just in his blood. His father is a professional singer and guitar player, and his maternal great grandfather, Paul Alexandersson was a popular singer in 1930s Sweden. So it’s no surprise that Michael has always been drawn to the stage.
Michael was a recent contestant on NBC’s The Voice, Season 26 where he was a part of Snoop Dogg’s team.
